Massages & Treatments
Sports Massage
A sports massage is ideal if you’re experiencing tightness, limited mobility, or just want deeper work with more focus on problem areas using techniques such as trigger point therapy, soft tissue release and PNF stretching/METs.
I do also use some Swedish moves, but these sessions require a little more communication, as we’ll work together to target what your body really needs. I’m really keen on making sure the pressure is firm, but you’re able to easily breathe through tender areas.
My space is designed to be calming and approachable, so you can feel relaxed while still getting all the benefits of this slightly more dynamic treatment.
Face & Head Massages
Perfect if you struggle with stress, headaches, or need a moment of calm.
Not everyone likes traditional styles of massage, so this treatment can be a great alternative as I also have the options of using tools such as bamboo combs and head massagers for the ultimate treat. It’s amazing how much pressure we carry in these areas – releasing it can leave you feeling lighter and clearer.
Available as their own 35 minute appointment or can be added on to a longer Swedish massage for a really personalised session.
Probably the most well known massage style – soothing, flowing strokes that focuses more on relaxation. Ideal if you’re looking for some zen time, or a gentler way to release muscle stiffness without too much intensity. They’re also good option if you’re new to the world of massage and not yet sure of what you prefer.
Each Swedish session can be adjusted to your desired outcomes – whether that’s calming your nervous system, loosening knots, or just taking a well-earned break.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
You may have also seen this referred to as ‘wood therapy’ - a more invigorating treatment that uses a mix of wooden tools to focus on helping to boost your circulation, reducing fluid retention and can help give a more contoured result.
This dynamic technique combines rhythmic movements and is perfect if you’re looking for something that feels both energising and effective, while still being tailored to your comfort level. Many people like to book a few sessions ahead of a big event, holidays or preparing for surgery (block booking discount available).
Pre & Post Surgical Lymphatic
A very gentle, but beneficial treatment designed to support your body’s natural healing process. Whether you’re preparing for surgery or recovering afterwards, this treatment is often recommended by surgeons to help reduce swelling, improve circulation and encourages fluid drainage, which is really important for making sure your scar(s) and the surrounding tissue heals well.
Sessions are always adapted to your needs and how long you can have your compression garment off. Ideal if you’ve just had liposuction, a tummy tuck, c-section or any health related procedure. Also a suitable massage treatment for people who have lymphoedema.
